At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your premium sleepwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn sleepwear in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
